HCA Shared Services offers employees a choice of several medical and dental insurance plans effective the 31st day of employment.
Life Insurance:
HCA Shared Services provides coverage on employees of 1 X the employee's annual salary. Employees may elect to have additional coverage on themselves or their dependents.
Long Term Disability Insurance:
HCA Shared Services offers employees the option of taking long term disability insurance at a group discount rate.
IRS Spending Accounts:
HCA Shared Services participates in the IRS program allowing employees to deduct pretax dollars to be deposited in a special account to reimburse them for medical, dental, vision and childcare expenses incurred throughout the year.
